Low CARS School list help! need some pointer on where should I aim ?

Thank you for take your precious time reading my post, I really need some help to build my school list..

ORM (Asian), Florida resident. I just received MCAT today, GREATLY appreciate any input on chances and list.

GPA (Biomedical Science major - graduated) - upward trend? 4.0 last two and half years
cGPA- 3.79
science GPA - 3.87

MCAT513 (129/123/131/130). not sure if matters but I am ELS, I learned English when I was 16. will my CARS be really huge issue for me for MD school ?

ECs
Research
- 900 hours, multiple projects with graduate student, included two independent projects. 2 poster presentation, and prized award both time.
- 50 hours PILOT project. assigned semester project working refine purification method of protein yibF.

Shadowing - 110 hours. up to 90 hours are for cardiologist, rest for internist.

Clinical volunteer at hospital - 150 hours, 100 at hospital, 50 at local free clinic.

Paid clinical work - ED medical scribe, started about a month ago, will have projected hours close to 1000 since I will be full time.

Paid non clinical work: 1000 hours total both are part time job to support myself financially throughout college.
· Intramural official (June 2015 – Dec 2015)
· Outdoor Adventure center at University gym (May 2015 – Dec 2017): duties including provide customer service to students looking for equipment rental, help students sign up trips/plans their own trips. Organize and set up special RWC events on campus.

Community service/volunteering - 70-80 hrs total
· Orlando science center maker fair for the children
· Ronald McDonald House Share a meal
· Special Olympics Halloween Masquerade Dance
· Wild life sanctuary
· Habitat for Humanity build
· Winter park day nursery
· Clean the world (hygiene product recycling for the under developed country)

LORS - 5 letters with a committee letter. I expect ~2 to 3 to be excellent, and the remaining to be standard.

no red flags in academic record, but if my CARS counts lol.

SCHOOL LIST please help! my biggest concern is my CARS as you probably figured out, its there a way to find out if school screen based subsection scores?
(Im thinking about applying to 30+ ish schools, so need some expansion. should I even try any reach schools? MAYO is always being my dream, but I know its MAYO soooooo).

Do not apply to Georgetown, they do not accept subsection scores below a 125.
 
For what it's worth, I was in a similar boat with CARS and called Gtown adcom about it. They said that you'd be at a disadvantage with that CARS score but it's not an auto screen. I'm still going to apply
