MCAT 2015: Possible to relate Topics to Reasoning Skills?

Has anyone tried to narrow down which specific topics in the Biology section are more likely to be asked as a Knowledge of Scientific Concepts and Principles (Skill 1) question? Some intuition regarding this would give my studying (and others') a bit more direction.

I pulled this from the aamc outline of the test. When I did their new section bank, this was roughly how it was distributed. I think this is the closest you'll get to a breakdown for determining high yield topics.


Biology

First
-semester biochemistry, 25%
Introductory biology, 65%
General chemistry, 5%
Organic chemistry, 5%
Foundational Concept:



Foundational Concept 1, 55%
Foundational Concept 2, 20%
Foundational Concept 3, 25%
Scientific Inquiry and Reasoning Skill:




Skill 1, 35%
Skill 2, 45%
Skill 3, 10%
Skill 4, 10%
