I interviewed with UMN recently for MHA Fall admission. Has anyone heard from them this month?

And this is for those who have already been accepted- how much scholarship amount are they known to offer considering academic merit, GPA, blah blah?

I got offered 5K for each year (10k total) and a 25% research assistantship. I forgot how much time it requires and I think the research assistantship is not 100% guaranteed it depends on the funding. But they gave me the impression that if they offer it you will get it. I ended up turning down the offer though, so hopefully that will help you out 🙂

Thanks, Ashley! Thank you for turning it down too...more for us? 😉 How was your interview? I don't feel absolutely positive about it; gave a few unconventional answers. Were the interviewers welcoming? Mine seemed a little distant and detached.

My interview went really well. I had done a similar interview with GWU, and a lot of questions were what I anticipated. I had to do my interview over the phone since I am in FL and could not make it out to Mn, so I don't know if that made a difference... but I had a panel phone interview, and they were really nice when I spoke with them! At the end of the interview they def mentioned how impressed they were with the research I had done on the program, so maybe that I had something to do with out. I found out the next day that I got accepted, so hopefully you will have similar results 🙂
