For those of you who either attend or have interviewed at Michigan state, what do you think about the program? What do you like/dislike about the program, what do you see as the strengths/weaknesses, etc... I will be applying this year and am not yet sure which field of veterinary medicine I would pursue... either small animal/shelter medicine or pathology seem most likely at this point, but I am also interested in large animal or possibly equine (pretty much anything except exotics and birds)... any information on these specific areas? They seem to have a well developed pathology department, but do vet students get much exposure in this area, or is it mainly geared towards pathology residents?
Thanks!
Thanks!
