Hi, everyone
Does anyone know when will interview end?
I just try to book my flight for Midwestern interview. I have found out that they mentioned the interview will finish approximately 2:30 p. But my flight will be 4:00pm and there is no more flight for that day. I think it is too rush, so I just wander can I ask school about leaving early?

which campus?
For the Illinois one we were done around 12:15
and after that had lunch, during which we were allowed to leave whenever.
Also you are allowed to ask them to leave early, I actually remember one of the ADCOMs asking if anyone there needed to.

you can leave early, the staff is super friendly and tells you that if you are late, its ok to skip lunch or have a quick one and leave. a few of us stayed behind and took our sweet time. most left promptly after eating.

my advice is for the IL campus.

MWU-AZ one ended about 2:30, maybe a little bit after. PHX airport is about 25 minutes away without traffic. If everything goes smoothly (interview ends on time, no car problems... I had car problems 🙂), you can return your rental car and arrive at the airport around 3:15. Assuming you don't have check-in baggage, you go straight to security, which takes maybe 10-15 minutes. It would be around 3:30 at the time. It takes several minutes to walk to your gate. Your plane boards at 3:30pm for the 4pm flight. If I were in your shoes, I would stay the whole interview, not rush it, and just go home the next morning 🙂 That's what I have to do for my ASDOH interview 🙂 good luck!

AZ also asked if anyone needed to leave early. You'll just miss seeing the clinic and getting lots of detail about the actual program. I think it's worth staying if you haven't been there before. But the option to leave early was presented to those who needed to.

Thanks for all the suggestions. I really appreciate it. I have sent email to school and got response. They are willing to let us leave a little bit early if we needed. But we need to inform them when we check in at that day.

You'll never make a 4pm flight leaving MWU Glendale campus at 2:30 FYI with traffic, returning a rental car, and airport security. Hope that helps. My advice would be just find a cheap hotel, there's plenty in the area that shouldn't break your wallet.

It's very possible, but it doesn't leave much room for any major setbacks like traffic or otherwise. I had a 4:24 flight and left campus at about 2:30. I cannot remember exactly what time I got to my gate (after returning a rental car too), but it was well before the plane started boarding, which is usually 30 minutes prior to take off. I had time to change out of my suit in the bathroom, buy a Chinese food lunch, and eat it before boarding even started.

Darn, this thread answered my question about when you get out (AZ); was really hoping to drive up to the Grand Canyon the same afternoon, but there's no way I'd make it before sunset if it ends at 2:30pm. 🙁
