NHSC Scholarship LOR Info

Hey all! I've been really interested in the NHSC scholarship, so I have begun writing my essays for it. I also figured I ask for my LORs now since I know some writers take a very long time and they also will be writing LORs for the next cycle's applicants. However, I am unsure if there is anything important I need to let them know so they can write the letter in a proper fashion. I know it needs to be on company letterhead and it must be hand-signed, but is there anything else previous applicants/writers know for the requirements? Any specific things they need to include or exclude? Is there a word limit? Etc. TIA for the help!
