I don’t usually use rl but I’m taking an evening class and work is s****y rn so I am not able to be as active as usual until early am or close to lynch close and the barks lynch were my strongest feels the math didn’t seem like strong reasoning to vote there but still sketchy

I put my thoughts on thread, that was the reasoning for that question and solidified my vote for me, if you want clarification ask. I feel like you're tunneling on me rn and if you're village I advise you to move on and actually wolf hunt.

I was actually going to bring this up. She wanted me to "prove myself" and then when I asked her how/why I don't remember her ever responding.

Yeah, I can see how that might not have been clear at first. I had those reasons established in my head earlier, but might not have made it clear. I had those "two reasons" as meaning the same thing in my head. I have seen other people do it in other games I've read too. I know it is not an uncommon reason to lynch someone, and it is pretty sketchy to do, you've gotta admit.

........I don't know how I feel about this. Of all things that she's done, of all the things myself and other people have pointed out about her play, THAT was the thing that made you think she's wolfy enough to warrant your vote?
I can read this as a wolf trying to bus another wolf early and fly under the radar
Also see this as a wolf trying to hop on a villager wagon and use "but I had my own reasons!" as an excuse for being called out.

Some of them wanted to feel the excitement of downhill skiing...some wanted to revel in the quiet wilderness on cross-country skis...and some wanted to lounge about at a fancy-pants hotel with a shining red roof, watching ermines frolic outside the window. They packed up their vehicles and went to the one place that could give them all three: Bretton Woods.

Located near the historic Mount Washington Resort, the terrain occupies 464 acres (1.88 km2) adjacent to the White Mountain National Forest. Although 92% of the trails have snowmaking, the resort is in a "snow corridor" and receives an average of over 200 inches of snow per year, making it a spectacular location for cross country skiing (and is another one of Pippy's personal faves).

But let me spell it out one more time
I think SOV is wolfy for the weak reasoning behind jumping on your bandwagon.
I am not sure if it was him bussing you or if it was him just trying to hop on a vote using his own "logic" to avoid looking like he was bandwagoning.

If you're a villager, thats not an effective way to wolf hunt. Villagers will lynch villagers just as much, if not more often than they lynch wolves.
If you're a wolf, then this "everyone is out to get me, everyone wants me to shut up, woe is me" defense is cheap, downright annoying, and will eventually catch up to you.

Tips on wolf hunting:
Pick a player (preferably not one that has been lynching you so you can objectively evaluate them) then look at their arguments, their lynch votes, their leans and reads, how all those things evolve.

I isolated her to see who she was suspecting bc her word has more weight to be being revealed as a tracker. I didnt find anything that she seemed sure of but, those post stood out

Interlude kill looks like an assasin role. A villager shooting another villager. Assassin roles rarely help the village, but they are usually villagers and not wolfy (but no reason wolves couldn’t have been given an extra kill as well).

As for the votes for me, you guys are misreading both votes.

I didn’t jump on a bandwagon the first vote, there was what, one random vote at the time. I responded to a comment that was extremely defensive. I will do it again if there isn’t anything better,

Second day, I didn’t say I was too lazy to read thread...so how am I inconsistent. I saw a wolfy comment that I have used as a wolf and voted on it.

Anyway, I play the same way as a villager at the beginning of all games...and you can go back and check my record...I am barely involved, as I find the first 1/2 of the game mostly a circle jerk, and meaningless...I look for some small points and latch on them.

If I have an important role, or I am a wolf, I am much more involved.

I have never been good at finding wolves at the beginning of games, I am great at strategy, I am pretty good at unraveling mechanics and logic, and I do well at endgame. Lynch me now you will lose a villager with a lame role, and a good player later on.

My role allows me to communicate with one other player in pm. That person is dolphin. We haven’t said anything too worthwhile. The role description also tells us that it is no guarantee about our other person’s affiliation, but it sounds more like wolves were randomly assigned than a hint that she is village or wolfy.

Anyway, if you lynch me it gives you no information on dolphin unfortunately.

I will hold off on my lynch vote for now. The influence of @DocEspana makes me want to think poorly of anyone who wants to lynch me, as that is evidence of wolfiness, but I don’t usually have his level of puffed up self worth, although in this case the calls on my sketchiness felt weird to me.

I would recommend looking back at any game I’ve played in the last few months. How I played prior to clinics, and how I play now are very different, mostly due to time available in the day.

Also, I don’t like the way Mel switched off zig yesterday, and I’d be willing to vote there today.

As for the votes for me, you guys are misreading both votes.

I didn’t jump on a bandwagon the first vote, there was what, one random vote at the time. I responded to a comment that was extremely defensive. I will do it again if there isn’t anything better,

Second day, I didn’t say I was too lazy to read thread...so how am I inconsistent. I saw a wolfy comment that I have used as a wolf and voted on it.

Anyway, I play the same way as a villager at the beginning of all games...and you can go back and check my record...I am barely involved, as I find the first 1/2 of the game mostly a circle jerk, and meaningless...I look for some small points and latch on them.

If I have an important role, or I am a wolf, I am much more involved.

I have never been good at finding wolves at the beginning of games, I am great at strategy, I am pretty good at unraveling mechanics and logic, and I do well at endgame. Lynch me now you will lose a villager with a lame role, and a good player later on.

My role allows me to communicate with one other player in pm. That person is dolphin. We haven’t said anything too worthwhile. The role description also tells us that it is no guarantee about our other person’s affiliation, but it sounds more like wolves were randomly assigned than a hint that she is village or wolfy.

Anyway, if you lynch me it gives you no information on dolphin unfortunately.

I will hold off on my lynch vote for now. The influence of @DocEspana makes me want to think poorly of anyone who wants to lynch me, as that is evidence of wolfiness, but I don’t usually have his level of puffed up self worth, although in this case the calls on my sketchiness felt weird to me.

1)No I said what I meant. You design all the roles in the game,and the roles are not specific to villager or wolf. The. You randomly assign the wolves amongst the roles. So a wolf can end up as a seer, or a killing role can end up as a villager etc. it is kind of exciting, but puts a lot of the games outcome into the RNG.

Mods did say they role names were not going to help with finding wolves, although I don’t recall exactly if they said anything about abilities, iirc it could be read either way.

2) And all my flights were cancelled today due to the extreme cold weather, and I am off tomorrow, so I will try to be more active at least these 2 days. Saturday I am back to work.

The skiers were all ready to hit the slopes in the morning. One skier in particular was excited to head up to Jay Peak, a resort in far northern Vermont, known for having low crowds and the heaviest annual snowfall of any eastern resort.

She had just put her skis into the cargo bin on her car...when all of a sudden, a shot rang out from deep in a nearby evergreen glade. The group of friends looked on in horror as one of their own bled out into the snow.

As the trip continued, the skiers began to diverge a bit in their interests. Some of them wanted to feel the excitement of downhill skiing...some wanted to revel in the quiet wilderness on cross-country skis...and some wanted to lounge about at a fancy-pants hotel with a shining red roof, watching ermines frolic outside the window. They packed up their vehicles and went to the one place that could give them all three: Bretton Woods.

Located near the historic Mount Washington Resort, the terrain occupies 464 acres (1.88 km2) adjacent to the White Mountain National Forest. Although 92% of the trails have snowmaking, the resort is in a "snow corridor" and receives an average of over 200 inches of snow per year, making it a spectacular location for cross country skiing (and is another one of Pippy's personal faves).
