Wouldn't surprise me. I'm a pretty easy sketch target. Or could be they wanted to kill her for another reason.

Also whenever I try to do NKA I get stuck in a WIFOM loop but I was kind of expecting a Barks attempt because of the pr reveal.

Lynch zigs

Some of her posts were a bit sketch yesterday, though I was feeling better about her by the end of the day. I just want to get a lynch vote in early in case my day goes to $hit again.

I'm feeling pretty good about AM at the moment. I'm also want to look into people that stayed on barks yesterday, all things considered.

Dont you think it's fair to analyze those staying on a claimed PR as a viable counter? Doesn't mean it's right but doesn't mean it's wrong. Snowy was also up and I haven't played with her enough to comment on playstyle so I was looking at who made sense to me at the time which was you.

Fwiw, I have caught wolves before that react this way... Not casting shade on someone until they mention your name.. It's like a wolf getting all jumpy/sweaty

I have reasons but I also have an anatomy test in an hour so not really willing to expend loads on energy on this atm.

Her willingness to jump off the barks vote and criticize those who didn't, willingness to follow the leader with her own vote, including only voting for me when genny mentioned I was sketchy. Could be a mini freak out, could be wolfy, who knows.

She pulled her vote off barks to coffee, claiming she saw cubs as village yet she actually put him in the lead by doing so. Voting for coffee for sporty's reasons (which I don't remember being that strong). Then following you to snowy. Then voting for me when genny suggested it. Didn't seem to have her own ideas, just went with what other people were doing. She also questioned me about my barks vote and when I said why I was still voting there, she said she agreed.

Because I am. I get mislynched a lot. Frankly if at least a quarter of living players aren't sketched out by me by ~D3 it's a miracle.

I would have to go back and look honestly and I just don't have time to do that. I don't really find it sketchy snowy stayed on the vote because as a wolf, it would really just draw unwanted attention. Genny seems village, I think. Unsure about coffee, would have to go back

It is fair but imo you choosing me and saying its a pressure vote an hour before lynch close bc I have played and should know to post more was a reach.

As proven here, im an easy lynch target, AM and dolphin looked into me as soon as you placed your vote on me - fortunately they didnt agree.

I do get defensive when my name is up bc 1 vote turns to 3 then theres a whole bandwagon (counterwagon?) and I have not figured out a way to save myself from a lynch

Dubz has been playing a while but mostly since I was away. She used to always be seen as a villager, and now claims to be some wolf expert? I have no clu,e

MJ was chaos no matter what his role. He seems to have mellowed out in his old age.

Genny seems to have matured a lot as a player. Don’t get a wolfy sense.

All 3 of those are 2nd generation prevet players. I am the only gen 1 here.

And I don’t know where all these acronyms came from. Can’t follow. pR? Wifom? Nka? A few others as well. This really makes me feel old.

The best way to prevent any bandwagon is just being active and communicating with others often. Don't be afraid to come out of the background. It helps us get a feel for you better.

Skim is Jil. I'm not sure how the generation thing works but I just meant people you're somewhat familiar with.

I started using acronyms then everyone else did. They're newish for here, I suppose.

Yeah similar thing happened when I claimed pr last game so I'm just going to file it back to look at later.

I'm feeling neutral about Capri and not convinced yet, same with zigs. I need to go back and reread posts from last night when I get a break from work.

My current theory is wolf on either/both barks lynch (especially after pr claim) or someone who jumped on the Cubs bandwagon.

Edit: I did agree with you about barks (half of your reasoning - I think I said later, I felt she was manufacturing sketch about MSU), but that was before the pr claim. And I voted for you before I saw genny's comment.

All these young whippersnappers showed up and they were scared of my wolfing ways, so now my #alwaysvillage persona is dead. Still, I'm pretty sure we played together for almost three years 🙁

I’ll keep my vote here because despite people trying to get some reads from her, she s not really offered any more information.

I’m starting to feel like you, AM, about that emoji.

Wolfy vibes also from zig, coffee, and snowy (no particular order). Nothing too strong on any of them and TBH I haven’t been able to closely look at specific interactions between them either, but based on the tone of their posts.
-zig: usually gets defensive, but this seems overly defensive for her, and super quickly.
-coffee: felt like a lot of overexplaining to me. I don’t really remember her doing this much explanation in other games when she’s village and I feel like she was pretty explanatory in HalloWWeen as a wolf. I could be wrong. Again, I haven’t done an ISO or looked at past games and this is based on my own (often faulty) brains recollections.
-snowy: didn’t follow her logic of less hedgy as village=less hedgy as wolf=harder to read? I feel like last game you were lynched for being hedgy as a wolf and it gave you away. Why should being less hedgy now and acknowledging that it could be your tell make us think you are village?

I know that my analyses lack quotes and ISO info. I wanted to get reads on here because I know I was pretty silent yesterday, but I landed at 10pm pacific time last night, spent the night st the airport because I and have a drs appointment in an hour in DTLA (and I live an hour from both the airport and downtown, so decided to just stay in LA proper overnight... might be oversharing but wanted to let you guys know why this is really a super quick catch up) so I’m really just trying to catch up and contribute a little before then. Bandwagon - A buildup of votes on one player, usually one that quickly reaches the majority of votes

Parity - When wolf numbers equal village numbers. This is how wolves win the game.

Vanilla - a player with no special abilities. Can refer to a villager - sometimes called a vanillager - or a wolf, who in that case would have no abilities other than killing. Can also refer to a type of game where no special abilities exist.

Soft clear - When a player determines that, in their opinion, another player is not a wolf based on interactions, analysis, or whatever else and NOT through trustworthy mod-given information

Pocket - something mysteriously missing from a lot of women's clothing. Also the act of getting another player to trust you, typically by some form of sneaky emotional manipulation

Bus/Bussing - when a wolf backstabs another to gain the trust of the village

Tunneling - player A continues to go after player B day after day, perhaps in spite of evidence that player B is village

Scum - a catchall for the informed minority, usually the murderous ones. Someone the village needs to lynch.

Mod Flair - refers to artistic/creative license taken by the mods in writeups and individual players results. It is common for players to attempt to determine whether a particular portion of these writings is relevant to the game or simply mods having fun.

NAI - Not Affiliation Indicative. Usually refers to some aspect of a player's play that does not point to whether they are wolf or village. It simply...is.

Meta - Wolf meta. Village meta. Meta meta meta. This simply refers to various aspects of a player's playstyle, through time, in multiple games, and in different roles. You may not see it used as much in this game since many of you are new and do not yet have an established meta.

Idiot Savant - Also known as "Who are you, STL?" The act of correctly lynching a wolf, but for all the wrong reasons. Logic need not apply.

Rojo - One of the great old ones, his name has now the common term used to describe the act of accidentally posting something on the thread that was meant for PM, usually when a wolf posts something that was meant for wolf chat.

I will just state some early feelings. Honestly, I am not getting wolfy feels from ziggy though. Maybe its because I haven't seen zig wolf (I don't think I have), but I do seem to start some games semi-trusting her so I may need to think on that.

Barks can be sketchy sometimes. I don't like that she contradicted herself about the whole- don't do an easy lynch, have reasons... nobody has reasons on me so I'm a lazy lynch vote. @Barkley you were interested in MSU earlier. I see that you've changed that for self-prez. So, who would you like to lynch if you could vote willy nilly?

A lot of people I'd like to hear more from. But its day one, so I'm sure more people will start showing up soon... at least I hope! Anyways, I'm gonna be away for a bit since I'm going out to dinner. I'm hungry.... but I for one am not eating waffles tonight :laugh:
