To individuals on the more administrative side of things, we saw an up-tick in numbers last year as observed in the numbers coming from APPIC. Part of this was possibly related to flexibility in required intervention/assessment hours and there was some discussion of more individuals applying to 15+ sites given minimal traveling for interviews.
What are the trends individuals are seeing this year? Is there still an increase in the number of applicants, is it back to more normal numbers, or have total number of applications seemingly diminished in comparison to previous years?
I'm curious what other sites are experiencing and observing this round. Thanks!
