Sorry to hear that. Would you share some more specific questions, just in case if anyone got in the same situation, to have an idea?
Thank you.
Yes!
There was 7 i think people interviewing in the same zoom interview.
- A couple questions on the past/future of perio (what's the best thing that happened, what challenges are coming, etc)
- A communication problem example and how i solved it
- 1 personal question about my resume
- multiple questions on a research proposal i had to write in 15min based on an hypothetical scenario (asking about what I wrote, how i would do X and Y, questions about exclusion criterias, data collecting method, blinded vs non blinded study, hypothesis/null hypothesis definition...)
- multiple questions on aspirin and hypertension (always asking more and more detail everytime)
- a few questions about a past publication
- lots of question about future research interest and how i would do it and what result i expect
- a few more i totally forgot
Overall i feel like half of my questions were decent but i was still expecting way more ''traditional'' questions; it was also the questions i had practiced the most. oh well, i guess how nervous i was feeling didn't help at all.
