When did you submitted your application? I met someone on other interview said he submitted early in the game and had an interivew in early summer. I submitted mine a month before deadline, paid the fee and uploaded the personal statement, but everything else shows "not receive",it's so weird.

BTW, anybody has received invitation from Rochester or Maryland???

I think it depends on the program. For example, I know Palo Alto VA sent out invites back in September, but I just got one for an interview in December. So it doesn’t hurt to hold out hope!
