Anyone heard from these last schools? I think every other school has started to notify of acceptances at this point.

Loma Linda (started 4:30'ish PST)
UCSF (started 4:30'ish PST)
OHSU (always slow)
Utah
Mississippi (accepted months ago; play by their own rules)
Puerto Rico
MUSC (notified by mailed packet?)
Roseman (started 3:30'ish MST)

You'll get there! My some of these schools are slow...
 
I got Rutgers, NYU, Buffalo, and Temple (all through email)... the NYU one just came a little while ago.

does anyone know if upenn started giving anything yet? and if yes then how they sent the acceptance (email or phone)

UPenn started giving out acceptances via phone today.
 
So how long do you have to accept your spot in the class if you were made an offer today? I know that for us who didn't get an offer, the next ones are made feb 1 (for VCU at least) and you only have 15 days to make a deposit.

Any suggestions as to what to do if we havent been rejected, interviewed, or any recent status updates since september?

AT this point, just call the schools and ask them what's up.
 
ill be calling them shortly haha so how do the post-december interviews work? is someone in my case still in the running because i have not been declined yet?

I already received my rejections via email a few weeks ago (U Conn, Case) and soon after getting them, my status for those schools changed to "Check Dec 2nd". Since the schools I haven't been interviewed for are still listed as "Received/Under Review", I anticipate a waitlist position/application on hold. From the looks of it, some schools will not abide to the Dec. 2nd deadline to inform us :/

well i called UOP, and they said that applications will be reviewed until March, so im hoping that means there's still a chance for an interview, because i havent been rejected from there yet...

Today I was accepted into: Case Western Reserve with an awesome scholarship via e-mail and a phone call from Dr. Emil. University of Iowa via e-mail. Ohio State University with a scholarship via phone. University of Louisville via e-mail and phone call. Accepted into UPenn with a scholarship via phone.

Applied to: UPenn, Case, Louisville, University of Iowa, OSU, Creighton, OHSU, and Marquette.

DAT AA 21, PAT 22, reading 25, quantitative reasoning 19, TS 21
GPA 3.81, BCP 3.76 non-science 3.91
Over 2,700 hours of community service

I did not expect any of this and thank God so much. I am very humbled. I really hope that everyone gets an acceptance soon because we have all worked very hard.

Congrats to everyone. I've been following a few of you silently this cycle and I'm glad you guys got in 🙂 Hopefully this time next year I'll be in the same boat as you peeps!

Yeah, I just heard from Loma Linda and Roseman. I'm from Utah though, and I haven't heard any word from friends etc. of people from getting accepted to the U. The problem is, where they have such a small class size, the word might not even make it on to SDN.
 
I am so happy for everyone getting scholarships! There seems to be a lot of them!

Ahaha, congrats dude! I interviewed there right before Thanksgiving and loved it, but I guess hoping for a three day turnaround was illogically optimistic thinking.
 
I've pushed through 3 cycles in order to say this- but, guys, I'M GOING TO BE A DENTIST! AAAAAAAAHHHHHH!

Accepted to LECOM and NYU today. I haven't heard from others good or bad, so I'll see if that ends up amounting to anything.







... did I mention I'M GOING TO BE A DENTIST!!!!!!! God, it feels so incredibly amazing to work towards a goal for so long and it finally just... happens. Life works in mysterious ways, gotta love it. Congrats everyone accepted and for those still waiting... keep pushing and you'll make it! :luck:

Got the call from Western University around noon

Accepted: Kentucky and Western so far!

Got the UPenn call at dinner. Accepted at BU, Maryland, Harvard, and UPenn.

I believe individually and as a support group, we have paid that price and that's what brought us to this day. Stay focused and success will come.
 
This might be a dumb question, but did you guys reply to the NYU acceptance email?

Congratulations everyone! So far it's 3 acceptances and 1 wait list. To those still waiting, theres plenty of time
 
REJECTED from NYU! Just received the email. No interview!
