Yeah schools have rolling admission so we'll have to wait until feb 1st for the next round of acceptances.
 
Accepted at Nova, LECOM and Western U today!

Those are the only schools I applied to and I'm pretty stoked about getting all three! It hasn't sunk in yet the reality of it all. Maybe it will sink in when I go home and look at all of the acceptance letters next week. But for now, time to ace these finals!

Congratulations to all of my fellow future dentists! Seriously, we've accomplished a huge feat!

for those who have not heard anything or have been wait-listed, just think, all these people with multiple seats will probably letting go of most of them pretty soon! Keep your heads up!
 
Accepted to the University of Illinois Chicago DMD/PhD program!!!! So happy!
Accepted to the UCONN dental school (New England resident, via Email), but haven't heard anything about whether I'll be accepted into the combined DMD/PhD program
Still waiting on MUSC-- anyone heard from them?
 
Been running around the city personally breaking the news to friends and thanking letter writers that I've forgotten to eat

Discussions for both are pretty informative in the "school specific discussions" section.
Looks like both of them are done handing out acceptances today (I think). SIU via AADSAS and Chicago through phone call/email.
 
Got accepted to MWU-IL!! Still waiting for my #1 OHSU though.
Guys, we're gonna become dentists!

I just have a quick question for those of people who got accepted to LECOM, did u guys got an email? cuz when I checked LECOM website today, mine said "The Admissions Committee has made a decision on your application. You will receive an official letter in the mail within 30 days." and AADSAS said, "Applicant meets the criteria to be invited for an interview. An offer will be extended, as space is available." is that a bad sign :arghh:?? I feel like im..... god i dont want to say it

That's exactly what my portal says as well, but I got an email early this morning. Check your spam folder?

Just got an NYU email as well - check your inboxes if you've been waiting for this one!
 
Accepted to USC, Western Univ., NYU and MWU-AZ today... Such a relief... 🙂

Which campus are you guys talking about? Pennsylvania or Florida?
 
For LECOM Bradenton mine still says
"Your file is under review by the Admissions Committee. We will notify you as soon as a decision has been made."

mine has exact quote like 2hour before, but now, mine changed to "The Admissions Committee has made a decision on your application. You will receive an official letter in the mail within 30 days."

For those waiting on NYU just got my email at 3:58pm eastern time so be patient it may yet still come.
 
Just got my NYU acceptance email at 1:15pm western time!

First one!

Anybody hear anything from Upenn recently? Or are they done?

I called a few schools I was expecting to hear from and they didn't give away too much information just that they are still making phone calls for the rest of the day. Some said they are sending out emails too but I've noticed a lot of people are getting emails a lot later than the time it says it was sent.
 
Got into Michigan this morning and it's by far my top choice because I'm from Ann Arbor! Go Blue!!!!!

The nothing ones are scaring me!!

Man I'm getting butterflies in my stomach from reading these posts and I apply next cycle! LOL. Congrats to everyone who got into their respective schools! So happy for everyone!
