**Official interview invite/ rejection/ acceptance thread: 2010-2011 cycle**

When was your application completed/mailed. Also, when did they cash your check? I have not heard from them at all. Good luck on the Columbia interview! Btw, is it pre-Dec?

App complete end of june, mailed end of july (I took DAT mid july). They cashed my check pretty much as soon as I had sent it (which was as soon as they sent me the app received email, so a long time ago).

I'm going to schedule post-dec.
 
Thick envelope from UDM. What could it be? Oh of course, information packet.
 
Me too with the UDM envelope! However, it was so nice of them to send us all that info - makes me want to go there even more. 🙂
 
Interview invite yesterday via email from UNLV (2/25...that's REALLY late). There's a story behind the timing of that invite.

Also, today I got picked off the Indiana interview waitlist via email to get a 11/1 interview (that's really soon).
 
Interviewed at Minnesota last week. Was invited only the week before when i called to check my application status. Interview day very casual and informative. now just have to hope..:xf:
 
Western invite!!! Nov 6th. I received the "ready for review" email 9-20. I also have midwestern interview Jan 18th. I have been rejected by UNLV and Iowa. Hope to hear from UW soon!!! Anybody have any guesses from when I will hear from UW if they received all my secondary stuff last Friday.
 
Denied today. Apprently they don't like non-traditional students like me.

WTF! ENGINEERING at BERKELEY is INSANE+ high gpa and high DAT. /worship...😱
 
I agree - and it doesn't seem like they gave very many pre - dec interviews that day either....
 
Tufts still has the other half of November free for interviews (16th and on).
 
Thanks Cuse - I'm guessing they'd be sending out those in the next 2 weeks then right?

yeahh my stats aren't nearly as amazing as yours. I just an email saying im invited for an interview but my status on aadsas hasnt changed.

My AADSAS was updated yesterday. My status was rec/under review back in august, but my supplemental said my fee and scores were not received. Yesterday, they changed my supp. to nothing needed.

Here's hoping this brings an email and status update soon. :xf:

Got a call today from StonyBrook right after my UMDNJ interview! yay!

Yes. I am in-state. When I called they only had one more afternoon time left pre-december interview🙁 I took the last morning spot on Nov 20th. They also have a couple of spots left on Dec 4th and that's it for December... Are you hoping for a CU interview? In-state? Good Luck:luck:
 
Hi--for those of you who applied to UDM, when did they appear on your aadsas status? I got that mass email they sent late september but nothing on my aadsas yet...

they never showed up on AADSAS for me until they invited me for an interview on 10/12
 
Ahhhhh!!! Such a slow day..... This cycle has been much slower then others IMO.....called Harvard today to see what's goin on... Turns out they are gonna start sending notifications this week...

Michigan invite via email today :soexcited: - for Nov. 19 PM session, AM session was already full

Colorado email saying "further review and reassessment will occur as admission cycle progresses. If we are able to give your application further consideration......" they will contact me approx. mid February.

I consider that promising - I won't give up hope!
 
university of maryland invite via e-mail today. scheduled now for november 16th but i'm gonna try and push it later because of finals.
 
Congrats to those with new interview invites! I haven't heard from schools in a while now. Still hoping to hear from Louisville, Kentucky, and VCU.

she said that we are experiencing faculty turnover and are sending out our notifications this week. Im not certain how they would though. Im guessing its via email
 
Yea, it'll be via email for Harvard. They're going to be reviewing as of tomorrow for interviews and should be sending out invites this week as Sublimation said :xf:
