I applied late last year, I think it was just before the deadline. I didn't interview until March, but got accepted. Hope that helps.

I agree with Dantist! There are quite a few people that applied late, interviewed late, and got accepted!! Good luck!

I applied last year at the end of September, got an interview invite in December, interviewed in January and made the alternate list. I reapplied last week and got an interview invite the next day. Don’t give up, there’s still hope!

Congrats!!! Roseman is awesome! Do you mind me asking when they emailed you that your app was complete? I have been checking the forums (previous years) and I'm super stressed I really hope I get an interview as well.

Not at all! But I do want to mention that I feel like mine is a little different because I've kept in touch with the school since the previous cycle when they rejected me. I have been updating them on a regular basis about my masters program. My application went under review on 10/01/2018 and I received an invite on 10/02/2018. Again, please don't stress out by comparing yourself to me.

I've been going over lots of practice questions and just getting more comfortable talking about myself and my life/experiences. I'm a lot like you in the way that I was rejected last cycle and have kept in close contact with the school ever since. I did make the alternate list last year though which gives me a little added hope. Roseman is a great school and I'm a huge fan of the "life long colleague" philosophy. I'm hoping this is my year!

Residency: CA
AADSAS mail-out date: 7/11/18
Application complete date: 7/18/18
GPA (science, overall): sGPA 2.91, oGPA 3.05, post-bacc GPA 3.97
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading/any section below a 17): 23/23/19/29/None below 17
Dates available OR your interview date: Interview date is November 16, but they also have November 30 available and some in January & February (these are not being scheduled yet)

I'm hopeful they will be sending out more invites for those November dates!!

Does anyone know if all have been sent out? Are we looking at post December invites now?
 
Wooo interview #2!!! Arkansas resident (reapplicant - was waitlisted here last cycle). Just called Alicia and scheduled it for November 16th, but as posted above November 30th was available as well. So excited!

I received the interview invitation by email at 10:30 AM MDT this morning! And yes, hopefully more pre-December interview dates are coming for others. I interviewed in January last cycle so I am looking forward to seeing how things go this time around. Good luck to all!
 
stoked to see people getting their first invites! but damnnnnn this school is soo expensive it kills me

Word of advice: it's a LONG day!! Might be worth the extra hotel cost to fly in the night before, and I wouldn't schedule your flight home before 6PM.

Thank you! 8 AM is the only time I was given. Last year was the same, it is a long day but a good one!

I’m wondering the same thing! I’ve been under review since August so I’m hoping we’ll hear back soon!
 
Hi guys! Current student at roseman here. Just wanted to say there has been a ton of construction by our school lately and doesn’t look like they’ll be finished anytime soon. Normally it takes me 10 minutes, but it has been taking me 30 minutes due to this. Keep this in mind when you’re interviewing!!

They dont actually tell us! I know it depends on faculty availability and some other factors. Hopefully! Also, I know they do post-December interviews for positions in the class not just waitlist so even if you dont get a pre-Decemeber interview dont give up hope!

It’s a long day. There were quite a few group/partner activities. They really want you to know why Roseman is a great dental school. You have plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Try to get some sleep the night before because and can get exhausting. The interview was with 2 faculty members and 1 student. Be prepared to talk about why you chose dentistry and to talk about your past experiences in leadership. The interview part can be a little stressful if you do not prepare, but overall I thought it was a fairly laid back day with a lot of listening. You really get the chance to experience their environment and learn about all of the aspects surrounding their mastery learning model.

Easygoing! Just make sure you participate and work with your team, it's not high pressure!
 
Does anyone's aadsas status still say "invited for interview" or is it just mines? I interviewed way back in october
