Honestly all I think a night freeze will do is keep the wolves from attacking. Like I said I can reveal what I do but it's not all that helpful but it us kind of fun.

Yes, a night freeze will keep the wolves from attacking... this is bad thing because of why?

I can't seer, lissa can't seer. The only item that we know of right now that can "seer" is the binoculars and we only find a wolf with that if it happens to be used on the wolf that is doing the killing.

I find it very odd that you are acting like a night freeze is a bad thing. I find it even more odd though that dyachei is acting like it is a bad thing....

I'm not saying it's a bad thing at all! I'm all for it because you are right! We would at least be able to have you guys seer tomorrow.

there are actions out there other than seering.

I am aware of this, but I have doubts there are other actions out there that will give us info for tomorrow's lynch... unless there is someone that can kill and knows who a wolf is, but I would assume they would have revealed that by now.

Only other things I can think of are protecting and resurrection... kind of doubt there is any more rez and protection is only needed if wolves are killing.

There is a blocker out there, but blocking isn't needed if there is not a night.

I don't know, I guess there is a small chance that there is a role out there that could give us info, but I have doubts. Only other thing I could think of would be a tracker and it is on the same level as the binoculars.

I just don't see how any of the other actions that villagers could have would be super duper important enough that we must have them occur, at the risk of the wolves killing off a villager, possibly two villagers and maybe even a seer.

I agree with you and think it actually would be a good idea to skip night tonight and give you and Lissa the ability to seer.

It wasn't passive aggressive.... 😕

No, I didn't down play it...I said it was on the same level as the binoculars... is it not?
if we are to believe you and lissa, then we have a good amount of information on a lot of people. So, there are a limited number of people to track. Getting 2 more out of the way i think is valuable, and i don't necessarily think it is worth skipping a night over.

I'm not opposed to skipping the night, i just am worried as well where the axe might fall without better information out there as well

I am counting 10 players that would need to be looked into... sure, we might catch a wolf during the night and we might not. We have to rely on a few things:

1. That the binoculars are not in wolf hands currently
2. That the tracker and item are not used on the same person in order to get 2 more out of the way
3. That info has to be revealed on thread in order for those players to not be re-seered later on and as far as I can tell that has not occurred much at all this game.
4. That the tracker has not been converted to a wolf.

Yeah, the chance we find a wolf now with tracking is higher than earlier on in the game, I agree, but the chance we lose a villager during the night is around 100%, we could lose two villagers during the night and we could lose a seer or even a tracker during the night. Yeah, we get no new info from the night, but we don't lose any players (important or otherwise) either. At least during the lynch we can (to an extent) control what roles we lose, we don't have that luxury during the night... I don't know either way there are going to be pluses and minuses, just have to pick one and go with it.

understood, i'm just saying you made it sound like you thought it was a no brainer, no lose situation, and I disagree that it is as clear cut. There are pluses and minuses, and i wouldn't fault him either way

You know me better than for me to every think things are black and white in ww.....

Anyway, I don't envy FFM's decision.... no right or wrong here in my opinion.

Am I missing something or do you not realize that the ice age prevents all actions... including seering?? So we would have to blind lynch every day until we eventually run into a wolf if he were to ice age every night cycle. I don't necessarily disagree with the idea, but seems a bit non-productive to also block out all villager abilities at night.

The snark is counterproductive. My point was that with no wolf moves, there is no wolf kill. I'd take the exchange of blocking villager abilities in exchange for no wolf abilities. Sure.
