Anybody know if there's a Facebook page or anything for accepted people..or any way of potentially finding out whose going to pcom ga next year to find a roommate??

If you can get onto the PCOM nucleus there is a housing group in the Rescourses for Students section. A lot of people are looking for roommates there. Its way on the bottom on the right side.
 
How do you get on the nucleus? I was accepted 3/4 and sent in my deposit and technical standards form 🙂. Do I need to wait to hear back from admissions with a password or something else?

It's on their site, at the top. Your login info was sent along with the acceptance letter.

I got my acceptance letter, I sent in my deposit, then received my login info about a week or two later with an info packet. Hope this helps.

This is correct, my apologies. The login info comes after the deposit.
 
Hey all,

I recently found out I was accepted to both Pcom ga and Vcom SC. I liked both a lot but was wondering if anyone had thoughts on which they think is more academically prestigious, has better rotations, and better city location. I know pcoms campus seemed strange to me with the whole old costco thing, but dont want that to be the reason I go one place or another.

For people who have been accepted, when is the medical history questionnaire due?
 
Jus got a Hold letter this week? When are final decisions made by? Anybody knows?

Also I feel like April 15 things will start moving again after they get a final word on the big deposit

The deposit is April 30, I believe.

I heard (this may be completely off) that biomed students that interviewed, hear back this month or next, which may have something to do with all the recent holds.

There will be a lot of seats opening around 4/30. I'll be declining my seat here soon and attending a nearby MD school. It will really hurt to turn down the acceptance, I was falling in love with PCOM-GA.

Good luck the other school! I'm really hoping a lot of seats do open up but just out of curiosity does anyone know if say we were placed on the waitlist following 4/30 how much movement there would be or would it just kinda slow to a stop after the beginning of May?
 
Does anyone know if the wait list is ranked? I also emailed Trena and she said that there are still spots open. Once all spots are filled they will start putting people on the wait list and notifying people about the wait list.

Oh ok! I have been on hold since early February now. Still hoping for an acceptance though!
 
I applied back in September and have heard absolutely nothing from the school at all. Seeing as how they seem to be done with interviews, I assume it's not looking good. Still, I feel like I should have gotten a rejection, hold, interview invite or anything really... Anybody else experience this?

I think you definitely should've received something. I would call ASAP.
 
This wait is killing me! Is there a date that they have to give us a decision by in terms of rejection, acceptance or waitlist?

I'd like to know this too... Also does anyone know how common straight up rejections are after you have been on hold?? I would like to think if they were gonna reject us they would have done it in the 1st place... Vs. placing us on hold... But maybe that's just wishful thinking..

I sent mine to the PA campus. I believe my letter stated it should be sent there. But call them to confirm.
