How do those differentiate with Tylenol?

Both ALEVE and MIDOL are NAPROXEN.
There's MIDOL, containing caffeine which isn't recommended during menstruation cycle. The MIDOL Teen version doesn't have it but it may not be strong. MIDOL Complete version is probably the maximum strength one. ALEVE which is for pain mostly arthritis. BUSCOPAN sounds like it would work but it's associated with diarrhea which could mess up the digestive system. There's PAMPRIN Max with caffaine yet the other two versions are caffeine free: PAMPRIN Cramps formula and PAMPRIN Mutli-symptom

I Believe that oxycodone 30 is ibuprofen free.

Once you ignore the marketing you get ibuprofen, aspirin, naproxen, or acetaminophen for over the counter oral painkillers. Tylenol doesn't damage anything unless you overdose it or have a medical contraindication. Neither do the other meds. And naproxen, aspirin, and ibuprofen have the similar side effect profiles, so you are probably better off with tylenol if you don't want (or have a reason to avoid) ibuprofen.
