I matched EM 2,3,4 Program in Southern California, but I will have the scramble tomorrow for a prelim spot.

A few questions:
1) After you call the program director and send your info, what happens next?
2) Do you go to ERAS and rank the program?
3) How do you find out where you will end up and what is the process?
4) How did last years prelim yr scramble list look like?
5) Were there any options in Southern California or was it slim pickin's?

Thank you all in advance for your help and insight.

After you send your info, the program director and his other decision makers will decide which of the hundreds of scrambling applicants they would like to offer a spot to. They will call you, you say yes or no. There is no more ranking or matching. It is first come first served.

Thanks, that clears some things up. BTW, sweet picture of the face plant.
