The pass app keeps saying that I can't upload my undergrad transcript. Can anyone tell me how they did it?

There's a size limit so make sure the file size is small enough for PASS to take it.

Google compress PDF and it's pretty straightforward from there
 
Or you can break it into 2 docs and upload both as UG1 & UG2
