Hello,

I am interested in pursuing a pulmonary critical care fellowship in the future. I am hoping someone can address some of the following questions I have:

1. Are there specific pulm crit fellowships that are considered particularly strong, hidden gems, etc.
2. Are there any specific pulm crit fellowships one would recommend looking into for those whose goals are to become more clinical educators?
3. There are some pulmonary critical care programs that are considered "multidisciplinary" -- UPMC, to mention one program. Are there any other specific programs that follow this approach?
4. What makes an applicant more competitive for pulm crit? Is it research, letters, board scores, networking earlier on in residency (i.e. pgy1 year)?

Thanks:)
