I applied late September. I just had my interview this weekend and they said there is another interview booked for Dec. 6th and there will be two more after that. As of November 16th they interviewed 94 students.
Thank you so much for the info!

Thanks for the update on the numbers. I interviewed on September 20th and was waitlisted. I'm crossing my fingers though as it's my #1 🙂

Hi! This was actually from last year, but I did end up getting accepted at Rosalind early January 2019 after being on the waitlist for 2 months. They are an amazing program and were my first acceptance. I did end up going to Ohio State but Rosalind was my second choice. Good luck to you!

Ah thanks, I should have checked the date before responding! Congrats on your multiple acceptances, I hope your first year is going well.

Congrats!! How was the MMI interview? did you do any preparation that was helpful? Thanks!
Thank you! I was nervous during the MMI interview. Afterwards, I thought about it and the whole interview process wasn't that bad! I think it can be hard at first because they aren't interviewing you on why you wan't to be a PT. The interview is testing how you would respond and react to hypothetical situations. Before the interview I sat down with someone from Career Services at my University and we did a "mock interview". I also looked at YouTube videos but those didn't help me much because their answers would be different than mine. Because everything is based on your experiences and opinions, just be confident in yourself and why you think the way you do. Also, the tour is 1 hour long so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes lol.

when did you submit your application? I did September 28th and haven’t heard anything since!

I submitted my application to RFU on August 25th, had an interview on September 20th, and was waitlisted on September 24th. From what I've seen/heard there are still what seems like another group of interviews to bring the total number of applicants interviewed to like 150ish?

How far in advance did you receive the email inviting you for an interview?
I submitted my application late September and I heard back with an interview invitation October 9th. My interview was for November 16th. I heard back 4 days after my interview! I know a classmate who is going to their Dec. 6th interview. From my understanding there is one more interview in January potentially.

When did you apply to Midwestern Downers Grove?? I think I may have applied too late. They weren't really on my radar until October and then I realized they were rolling admissions. That is one thing I'm really learning through this process! Thankfully, if I have to apply again next cycle, I'll know a lot more going into it!!

I applied late September. I'm realizing the same thing when it comes to rolling admission! I'm also waiting to hear back from Concordia in St. Paul, MN and College of Saint Mary (brand new hybrid program)

As of now, RFU is my first choice program! It's one hour from home and they offer lots of research opportunities. I would still be interested in attending other interviews however just to see.

You haven’t heard back from DMU? When did you apply?

I attended the RFU interview on 12/6 and they said they have interviewed a little under 100 and accepted a little under 50. They typically interview ~150 and accept ~100, to fill a class size of ~50 students. Hope that helps!

Congrats on your interview!! How did it go? What did you think of the MMI? Keep us posted if you hear anything from them!!

Thanks for the update and congrats on the interview! When did you submit your app? I'm getting a little discouraged because I submitted mine Sept. 28th and haven't heard anything yet. Alos, how many people were at your interview and do you think they will have upcoming interviews? Thanks!

Thank you! I really enjoyed the MMI! They are really transparent about the process and what to expect for the interview, the environment was very welcoming, and I got a great sense of what being a student there would be like through the tour and info session.

Thank you! I applied late October. I'm assuming there will be at least one more round of interviews based on the number they usually interview but they did not say. And I think there were maybe 20-30 applicants there? Not sure though!

Congrats will you be attending? It’s my number one and I’ve been on the waitlist since September 24th. I’m pretty anxious knowing they don’t let us know our spots.
It's currently my top choice! But I am still waiting to hear from other schools so I'm not quite sure where I'll end up. That's definitely nerve racking to be waiting for so long :/ I hope you hear back soon, best of luck!

Has anyone heard from Rosalind yet? Still haven’t heard anything since September...
I applied sometime in mid-September and received an interview invite on 12/26. I had the option to choose between an interview date on 1/4 or 2/7. I went with the one in February and have it next week!
