It'll come down to personal preference, but I'd go with RVU over the other two with Touro-NV last.

Two of those chickens haven't hatched yet. If you haven't done the interviews you should probably go on those and THEN let strangers on the internet who don't know anything about the schools you visited tell you what to pick.
