I got accepted pending space today!! This is my first and only acceptance and I'm still in shock! This road has felt so long and I can't believe that I will actually officially be going to medical school. Interviewed on 4/17, OOS, non-trad.

I have an interview late may. Is there even a chance of being accepted that late? Kinda seems like its a indefinite APS spot.

It would likely start as an APS spot, but remember that APS is still a full acceptance, whether it's this year or next year! Unless you already have an acceptance to a school that you would rather go to, it's definitely worth attending the interview and giving it a shot in my opinion!

Basically what I’m doing, I’m hoping for an A

Does anyone know if there is an accepted students group me or Facebook ?
There is an accepted students group on Facebook! I just searched RVUCOM on FB and was able to find a class of 2029 group that you can request to join. I believe there was maybe a link to a groupme on the FB page, but I'm not sure about that one because I'm waiting to join any groupme until after I get off APS status lol

Edit: Typo

Any of y'all have housing recommendations for RVU? Where do most RVU students live?

OOS A on Tuesday but will be withdrawing! Hoping it goes to the next person on the WL very soon!

Hey everyone, 4th year at RVU CO here. I have an open room in my house, I am looking to rent out to an RVU student. 4 bedroom house with an open room in the basement with its own bathroom (only room in basement). Fenced in back yard with doggy door but no cats (sorry, allergic!). text me for more information 719-505-5560.

Also happy to answer any questions about RVU in general! Good luck yall.

I also interviewed in May and my post-interview email said 4-6 weeks to hear back. Can anyone confirm if it really took that long for you? 4-6 weeks turnaround time now feels extra long when I know the Colorado location starts like last week of July.

I interviewed on 4/21 and got an APS 5/13. Got the official A yesterday too. So, turn around was pretty quick! I am already accepted elsewhere, so I will be giving up this seat, as much as it pains me. So more movement after that then!

I will also say that I had 2 business days to produce the $2000 deposit as well. I guess it is because classes start soon. If you all are APS and anticipating an A, I would make sure you have that $2000 ready!!! Crazy stuff!!

Just got an interview invite today, seemed super casual, just asking if I have any availability this week. Is this legitimate or should I just discard this email?

You should be able to schedule the interview through the website. But you can always call admissions
