Season 10 Championship Practice - Sign Ups

Starts when filled. It's important that two spots are left open for @Zenge142 and @samac since they are representing us.

From the input of multiple previous nominees, the biggest culture shock was the amount of posts to read in their respective qualifiers. So, for that reason, the post minimum will be higher than usual to decrease said dissonance.

The setup is called Adapt 6 and features 15 players.

Tot me. I may be able to play, but need to get my irl shiz together before I commit to something that's going to actually require me to make a real effort.

[supershorty]

oh no I'm so used to tagging AM on Discord that I just typed @idiot lmao

@Animal Midwife we should probably include something in the sign up post that this game will have a higher post minimum than standard so as to better prepare our reps for the MU experience.

[Dr. ForgotToFlush]

modwife you should probably include the rest of the setup details
like all the non-consec roles and mafia flips only being semi-reveal

I currently have them in the nomination post but will share everything again (including PM formatting) in the game thread so people don't gloss over it and unintentionally angleshoot.

I think it may have been that SAR/Paws game I kept reliving in deadchat.

[WildZoo]

I remember next to nothing about that game except that f3

[Animal Midwife]

Actually though, I believe Countdown was more recent.

[WildZoo]

I do like the non-consecutive thing though, that's one of my favorite rules

What does semi-reveal mean? Like, affiliation only with no ability reveal?

Last seen in 2003, it'd be funny if they showed up because they got tagged.

I think I'll need to spec this one 🙂

[chicandtoughness]

What do y’all mean by non-consecutive roles?

Semi flips though ahhh that’s the stuff I like playing hehe

It means you can't target the same person two nights in a row.

[genny]

I’ll play if you’re having trouble filling slots, but I can’t post at MU levels. It will never happen.

Play pls

[samac]

I do have to say I’d like to start soon so I can play the syndicate game. I can’t multitask. I get too all consumed

[WildZoo]

I'll take an additional role if needed, that's legal, right?

samac pls, the crossover game is happening after this one. April 10th is just earliest start date.

If it gets too late I’m in Disney world at the end of April

Disneyworld was a blast last time I went. Minus my sister getting diarrhea, my mom having a cold, and me almost passing out from intense motion sickness brought on by riding Expedition Everest.
I would not ride Expedition Everest on a sunny day.
Tower of Terror goes hard though.
Also definitely DON'T check out the Wikipedia page for accidents at Walt Disney amusement parks... Unless you, like me, enjoy spicing up your rollercoaster experience with some extreme terror.

Do we have an idea of what post minims will be?

Yes.

AM you know what I was asking lol. What are the post minimums?

[supershorty]

I think we had decided on 30 for 36/12, but AM can correct me if I'm wrong. It might be 40.

Not even MU can generate 40 pages per person. This is for 40 posts per person.

[WildZoo]

Not even MU can generate 40 pages per person.

Not with that attitude!

[holdthemayo]

A real live Mayo at spot 13 please

DISNEY

I’ll only be in Disney for a couple days but me and my friend have our birthdays 3 days apart and his parents have a place in Naples so we’re going to spend part of the week there and I’m going to go drink around the world before I turn 30
