Just to update, ACOM far exceeded my expectations on every front except for the grayness of research. They have 2 (very long) wings on the 3rd floor, and as it stands now, one wing will be used for bench-work research and the other for individual PBL classrooms. Our M2 guide said the students don't really know what is going on with the research wing, but my interviewers - including a pathology MD - and the director of enrollment ensured me that research will be established this coming fall. I'm not sure how much I put into this, but they certainly have the money, space and resources for some decent on-site research.
