I'm just about to start a 2+ week road trip where I will be program/city jumping. I'm beginning to think about how I'll be eating bad food on the road... coupled with the typical 3 course meal + drinks with the residents... and sometimes the breakfast and lunch served during interview day itself. I can easily see myself packing on a significant amount of weight over the next 2 months.
I tried to book hotels with fitness centers, but realistically i wont have the time/energy to knock out a good enough workout to burn all those calories..
Anyone else have similar thoughts? any good plans on how to keep in shape while on the road?
