oh oh! I have some!

This is halloween of 2007...but I don't have much of a costume except for a weird hat, and a guitar strapped to my back.

So then, I started working on a new costume for next year (2009). I got depressed during halloween 2008 (probably because of no interview invites...grr...so I said bah humbug! to halloween)

Here is my progress for the 2009 costume. Hopefully I can wear it to the first MS 1 halloween party (if there is such a thing at the school I end up going to...i hope). When it's finished, this will be a full Master Chief costume from Halo. For those of you who are curious - this is made entirely of cardstock (really heavy paper). When I finish all the pieces, I will paint them with fiberglass resin to harden them. Then I will actually glue pieces of fiberglass to the inside, making it pretty strong. Then I can paint and detail as required. Here is my progress so far!

doubt its on the mcat... just think of the part of a real muffin that sticks out over teh muffin cup part. then imagine that same situation going on at the waist of a guy or girl when their midriff is showing.

Haha I see. Quite an innovative term. Though GreenApple doesn't show the muffintop effect IMO...just looks like the sweater is scrunched up a bit. Ah well, you never know what those pesky MCAT people will think of next.

My test this summer had a passage in PS that featured a toilet - capacitor analogy. God that passage was lame.

Yea, makes me wish I applied to NYU. I was going to apply to two NYC schools and ended up choosing columbia/cornell instead of columbia/nyu. Maybe I would have an interview in NYC by now if I did NYU.

Haha, jk'ing, I was too lazy to write the NYU secondary. Didn't even know about this thread until ar2388 pointed it out in another thread.
 
haha gloryfield, i hope cornell is showing you more love than they are showing me.. and anything more than ABSOLUTELY NONE would be good. lol

Haha. I'm holding on to slight hopes in that alot of people have been rejected post completion, and I haven't yet. Maybe once all the superstars are done I'll get some love in february

Nice, I'm trying to escape the opposite it has been in the 80s here the past few days. Heading to NYC then Vermont for some snowboarding in early Feb. 😀
