The Official Touro Class of 2020 Interview/Acceptance Thread

Accepted in my school of choice, giving up my seat at Touro... enjoy it whoever gets it.

Wait wait wait, how do i do that.... cause i called and they said its a "law" they cant give it back lol.... BULL, this admissions office (James Demiao or whatever the hell) is very rude. Good luck to you guys that are going to have to deal with their attitude.

What I'll miss most is the view out of the north side study rooms overlooking campus.

ohhh the nostalgia! You're gonna make me cry..lol I can't even begin to tell you how much I miss college, man. I can't believe it's in the past now. But hey, off to bigger and better things! (if someone would just accept me..)

I don't necessarily know how its done but I had a patient call and complaint about a transaction (she pretty much got scammed with health insurance) and the bank ended up returning the money.
 
Well if anyone knows how i can go about possibly getting a refund on this deposit regardless of the "non-refundable" policy, lemme know... he completely had no reason as to why they couldnt give it back lol he brought up the AADSAS app fee as if it was relevant to a DEPOSIT ON A SEAT.... come on man

Only thing you can do is call the bank for a stop payment. I did it before a school processed my fee so i was fine
 
I wish it was a check, it was an online deposit........essentially im screwed, huh?
 
Just think of it as a donation to the Touro class of 2020.

Haha, I also graduated in 2014. Man I miss homer a lot too.. I got some of my best studying done there. I was just thinking today about how during finals we would camp out in the ITE study rooms lmao. Good times

Mhm.... glad I could support the Jewish auspices and their contributions to the field of dentistry. They should have my name written on the wall as a notable donator....

My sincerest apologies almostdecided, but I do believe you've interpreted my comment in a manner in which I did not mean for it to be interpreted. Take it as you wish, but by no means was it meant to attack the Jewish community. The internet is not the best place for transmitting social cues, tones, etc... So in that case I do see where you are coming from; Jewish or not. In the future it would be more respectful if you could privately message the person out of courtesy rather than posting threats on a public forum. I guess the same could apply for my response. :=|:-):

Got an email that I was placed on waitlist. Received at 9:14 am.

also applied as a junior not a senior which my interviewer seemed hesitant about so hopefully better luck reapplying.
