congrats! when did you submit your kira? I submitted mine on the 14th and have been nervously waiting.
Yeah, I had know all that. But they responded to this form last week and said they typically send out actual invites on Thursdays or Fridays. so now i’m a lil confused lolI was placed on MMI hold last week & when I called they said that interview invites are sent in the beginning of the week. From my understanding everyone who meets the minimum requirements gets put on MMI hold so unfortunately it’s a matter of waiting to see if we’re chosen and not everyone on MMI hold will receive one. I’m wishing good luck for everyone here!
if you got the supplemental then you met the requirements. they only send it out to people who met the gpa requirements

I was looking at past UAZ forms to see other people’s timelines and I’m just freaking myself out more tbh.

Oh interesting - my portal states that interview cycles runs until December 2024. My understanding of this is that interview invites will all be sent out by November 2024 as it seems like they have all their interview dates already set!

I received my MMI at 8:02pm EST on 9/26, so that was 5:02pm AZ time. The emails are likely sent out right before the end of their days. Good luck everyone!

Is this on the vmcas portal? I did my kira but i haven't gotten any portal updates or anything. Does ua have a separate portal?
Yes it’s UA’s applicant portal! Separate from VMCAS. You should get an invite to set up an account
Sorry for the late reply. I submitted my VMCAS app on September 3rd. After that I did my Kira on the 10th, but my portal updated on the 24th saying supplemental review. Then it updated to the MMI invite hold on the 26th. That same day I received the invite. I am not sure how it has worked in the past, but I know they are not doing rolling admissions this year, so it may be slightly different than previous years.
They said all decisions will be sent on February 19th; but I don’t know if those who didn’t make it off the waitlist will have to wait until then. Last year that’s what happened. Those who didn’t receive a MMI by the last day they did interviews was sent a denial.
I havent been waitlisted so im worried bc isnt ua giving interviews to the waitlisted?
There's no real timeline to when you get placed on MMI hold/waitlist. You just eventually do.
That makes sense especially since they are busy and understaffed? Hopefully i get one soon I might go crazy if its in december!
