The interview invitation is based on your ranking using grades from the 20 prerequisite courses. Experience does not matter (beyond a basic point, I'd imagine). Look into upgrading your grades.

Yes, they are used in the calculation of your score.

Based on last year and previous years, I think we’ll get some results between june 12 and 15. Maybe.
