I’ve applied to Tennessee and I see that they are only doing virtual interviews this year and that I will know whether or not I get one the week before. Can anyone let me know whether I’ll be able to select a time (presumably on a first-come, first-serve basis) or if they will assign me a time somewhere in that weekend?

Last cycle I was given a specific date and time in my invite to interview. I would assume it is to be in a similar manner this cycle.
I received my invite to interview on January 19th and my interview was scheduled for January 26th. Hope this helps!

i can't say for sure, but i know last cycle they did in-state first, so that's my guess this time too!

I believe so! I can quote you the initial email I received:

“If you are an in-state applicant, virtual interviews are tentatively scheduled for October 24th & 25th, and you should expect to hear from us the week before.

If you are an out-of-state applicant, virtual interviews are tentatively scheduled for January 31st & February 1st, and you should expect to hear from us the week before.”

I’m IS so likely why I heard back this early! Hope this helps

Thank you so much, I’m really unsure. It says I didn’t have to interview, but I was waitlisted last year and never got pulled unfortunately so maybe they used my previous interview. I also have worked full time as an assistant since last applying and I added two more vet letters (from different clinics/ offices). It’s been crazy, but I feel like everything is in gods time. I needed the extra year to sort out things at home before starting. I’m also 25

I know in the past two years they have sent out admissions offers for in-state students on the Monday after Thanksgiving. If the trend continues this year that would be Monday, December 2nd. Good luck everyone!

Nope, according to last years SDN, they didn’t send them out until late Jan
