I was accepted to VCU/MCV Medical School on Oct. 17... Anyone else been accepted at VCU?? Anyone else seriously considering going there??

I was accepted on October 17th as well and I am almost certain I will be going there 🙂

Hey guys, weird question: anyone know what day of the week most of the exams at VCU are given?

Also, any other VCU-ers currently in northern VA that would be interested in getting together as a group for dinner or drinks sometime...maybe after the holiday craziness dies down?

Usually on Fridays. But its different with every class, anatomy is usually tues and wed. I'm sure tons of people would be willing to eat and drink as a group!

I was accepted in the December 15th group and will definitely be going to VCU next year. I grew up in Richmond so if any out of staters have questions about the area let me know!

Right now I'm up in the Northern Virginia area and would love to meet up sometime if others are interested.

I was accepted early on too, Im already committed for VCU so this is my school now! Congrats to all of you and I am down to meet everyone in the NOVA area. Lets make this official, how about we get everyones emails and create and evite to meet up somewhere.

I got an email about a week ago about the Pre-Matriculation Program. It is a month long program in June that is intended to provide exposure to the school and the curriculum while they provide housing and a stipend. That's the only email that I have gotten thus far. It is my understanding from talking to some of the staff there that they don't really start sending out any information until April when the class is closer to being finalized.

Yea and the pre-matric program is for selected students, until they open it up to everyone in April. I am making a fb group with ms. Roanoke, so we need all of you all to join! I will post it here once its made, then you guys spread the word too
