Yea I agree if they tell you not to. Otherwise it can help, hurt, or do nothing depending on the school and your approach. I think if you have at least one acceptance, you have nothing to lose by further expressing your continued interest to your top choice. You just want to avoid common things like writing too much or coming off entitled to a spot, etc.Agree but I’ve heard some schools look at that negatively and it can hurt you instead most likely if they told you not to
