Hey, everyone! I could use some help with my school list. I have MSAR, but I'm a little lost with how to use it and where I should apply/not apply. My application focuses on rural medicine and I would like to work in rural or underserved communities. Thank you in advance for any help!

Ties to other States/Regions: Getting MPH in PA, Lots of family members in PA (Not sure if these are "ties" or not)

Undergraduate Major(s)/Minor(s): Biology Major / Microbiology Minor
Graduate Degrees (if applicable): Will be getting an accelerated MPH during my gap year
Cumulative GPA: 3.6x
Science GPA: 3.5x
MCAT Score(s): 513
Research Experience: 2.5 years in functional anatomy lab (~1000 hrs)
Publications/Abstracts/Posters (include how you were credited e.g. first \author, second author, etc.): One published 3rd author, working on two more projects that should be published during the summer (one second author, one third)
Clinical Experience (paid or volunteer): ~50 hrs helping with physicals at rural high school, ~40 hrs COVID Testing, ~100 hrs paid vaccine clinic
Physician Shadowing: 40 hrs in one specialty
Non-Clinical Volunteering: ~150 hrs at Food Pantry over two years, ~30 hrs Cat Shelter
Other Extracurricular Activities: Peer Mentor in lab (~200 hrs; help students with writing and editing manuscripts as well as work on lab techniques)
Other Employment History: Academic Peer Mentor (~75 hrs; meet with students once a week to discuss their school work and create goals to reach their academic potential), Intramural Volleyball Ref (~50 hrs)
