My Questions:
  • Should I be adding more schools since I am CA ORM?
  • What other schools are viable options for me?
  • Any red flags, etc that you could see with my application are also wanted. Obviously my stats are pretty average for a California applicant.

Arizona, West Virginia and U Wisconsin admit few non residents with your MCAT of 51 and no connection to the state and Virginia Tech has a regional bias.
You could add these schools:
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Hackensack
