You are competitive for the majority of DO schools with your MCAT of 503 and your GPAs and ECs.
I suggest these schools:

KCU-COM
ATSU (both schools)
VCOM (all 4 schools)
ACOM
WVSOM
NOVA
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
If you increase your MCAT to 507 or higher you could apply to some MD schools. Post your actual score here when available.

I don't consider your current MCAT "very low" since you know the score range goes much lower than your result. 🙂 We await your new result.
Interview question for you: name for me some physicians that are role models who reflect your overall purpose/passion for a career in medicine. What you say you want to do is quite a lot, and I'm trying to think how you would connect those dots at the ideal medical school.
