You are competitive for the majority of DO schools with your MCAT of 503 and your GPAs and ECs.

ATSU (both schools)
VCOM (all 4 schools)

NOVA
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)

I don't consider your current MCAT "very low" since you know the score range goes much lower than your result.
