If you're looking to add a couple more mid tiers: Emory, Miami, Wake Forest, OSU, Cincinnati, MCW, Jefferson are good choices.
With regards to your clinical experience, I think it suffices - if you can get more though it won't hurt. Just make sure to write and speak intelligently about it.

U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. You should receive several interviews from the other schools on your list.
