What is everyone's school list like?

3.81 GPA (A+ in every course except a C in first year Gen Chem I and a C- in first year Calc), 523 MCAT (131,130,130,132).

Canadian undergrad student born in New Jersey (moved to Canada when I was 3) but still considered Out of State everywhere since my residence is in Canada.

EC's include a lot of long term youth-based volunteering and teaching, being a TA, some research experience with 1 pub, 100 hours of shadowing (hard to do in Canada), improv club, started my own non-profit to help feed families in need, chair of a conference for 2 years, school newspaper writer, hospital volunteering, suicide crisis line worker, soccer coaching and soccer intramurals.

Where should I apply for the upcoming cycle? How good are my chances?

As long as you have US citizenship apply anywhere you want that is friendly to out of state students.
