When is the earliest date to submit primary applications to DO schools?

Hello, I am just a bit confused with the timing of all the applications for DO programs. What is usually the earliest date to submit primary applications? I know for MD schools its early summer, but it seems to be later for DO schools. Can anyone clarify please ))
