Worthwhile fourth year electives

All the cushy 4th year electives filled up before I could even log on to register this am so I'm looking to schedule a couple of worthwhile, relevant fourth year electives for EM. I've already done 2 EM electives, one ICU elective, and I'm scheduled for a cardio and rads rotation. Any other ideas? ID, Derm, optho?

Here's a thread for you, bro. Personally, I'm just doing 4 weeks of rads and 4 weeks of anesthesia critical care. All the rest are blow-off rotations.

FWIW, One of my attendings on an EM rotation told me to do anesthesia, derm, and maybe a 1/2 ophtho - 1/2 ENT month. Anesthesia for intubation experience, and the others just for initial exposure (especially getting good with a slit lamp and ophthalmoscope).

I'm doing a tox elective which is supposed to be easy and informative.
