This question stems from another thread, does anyone know the current status on out of state or out of country rotations for students at WVSOM? Is there talk that there may be a change in allowing out of state rotations for future classes?

I talked to the dean about the statewide campus thing, and he said the goal was to make it so they have enough slots in West Virginia for all students (currently they have about 70 slots). What that means is you'll have to do your core rotations in the state. However, I think you're still free to do all your electives in other states and even in other countries.
