Theories about why so many got silenced? Can you share? ]
Adding to the list of potentially silenced players, has anyone heard from AKDream, especially those of you in his group?

I also have some theories about what may have happened last night based on actions that I know occurred last night.

So Needle is an item. I wonder what it does. And I know of one other item that was broken.

In the show, needle is arya stark's (one of ned and catelynn's daughters) sword. I'm sure others who are further into the books can shed more light, but that is the name of her sword, as far as I have gotten.

Definitely share! I feel so confused about this whole game at the moment. It'd be nice to have all the (even theoretical) info we can get our hands on. 🙁

Ok so I went back and checked and it looks like it is very possible that Emiloo was silenced as she has not posted since Night 2 results.

Last night I had The Wall. It was broken. I got no more info than that.

Any idea what it would do? 😳 I'm only 80-some pages into the first book.

Protect maybe?

Is there some character in GoT that fixes things? I am just wondering if this is like SOV's game where we need to get these items to that character to fix them in order to use them.

I wonder if whoever Daenerys is, is calling the dragon(s) back?

Also, I think SOV may be silenced, he hasn't posted since results went up, but posted right before that. Not that that means he's guilty, but just something to note.

I do..and I have some suspicions based on who else was silenced last night as well as something I tried to do on night 2! We'll see if anyone else agrees with us here.

:😳ff to compile a list of silenced players::👍

Ok, just trying to follow. Krist, was night two when you used the dragon on Emiloo and then she was silenced? Are you thinking that the dragon silenced her and that's why there wasn't a kill?

My idea right now is just a theory, and it may not be right so I don't want to out anybody's role/ability just yet in case it was wrong.

Well my avatar is supposedly a blacksmith but not sure how important of a character he is - I just chose him as an avatar for his abs.

Yes your avatar is Gendry and he makes swords and armor, and he is a somewhat major character. For people with items- can you pass them?

I just got the needle (sword) and it's still broken. Has anyone tried to use it? any idea if it works/what it does?

Not silenced. Took a nap and missed the rest of my morning. Now I feel a bit groggy. Will go eat lunch and post more in afternoon.

FWIW, it seems to me from the write-up that a Stark was protected<prayers answered> from attack. Starks do have protection.

And now that makes sense that perhaps the first night, Sansa had some protection that killed her attacker.

So it seems that as in the book, the Starks are the key players, and we need to keep them alive.

Now I am inclined to think there is one group of wolves killing, and maybe either the others are part of that group, or they are rogues/zombies. They may or may not have killing abilities or other abilities not yet displayed!

The only freakin' item I ever got was Carbonite. And that was not a good item. 🙁

Yes, used the dragon on emiloo on night 2 and she appears to have been silenced after night 2. If she was the "head" wolf, as there have been in a few games, and she was silenced that would be one way of explaining no deaths. But there are too many other people who were also silenced and there could easily have been protection like SOV said of one of the stark children, or a conversion.

I like this theory

It sounds like they just get randomly passed/change hands overnight. Have you been able to dicate to whom an item will pass in a previous game?

In some previous games like the history one people had to pass items to a certain person to fix them before use.

I was never given that option, just told that I found a dragon, and then I was told when he ran away.

Has anyone had the ability to pass though? In that game that was the big thing was that we could choose to pass an item. Unless the person that can fix has a stealing role?

I had also mentioned what SOV is saying about the human wolves being the ones that kill and the others having some sort of other role. I think that may be a good way to explain what's been going on. Without sharing too much info, I do know that the kill done by the wolves the first night was on the other. The other kill (FTB) was not done by a wolf.

umm.... The people who have died at night have been strangled. The wights/others/blahblahs strangle. If we're technically being picky, the wights strangle and the others can actually kill you, while a human could totally also strangle you. But the "go-to" kill move associated with the cold zombie bi-yotches is the strangulation death. Since all the deaths have been strangulation (Except killing of the first wight) we should be assuming that the others/wights are the ones who kill at night. No clue what the human-wolves are doing. Still don't know if they killed sansa that first night or if it was some defensive power. I guess we have to assume they did target the other and they are the ones who killed it, but no other "human type" kills since then? Raises my curiosity a bit.

So the Wolves and the Others are two separate groups, you think? And are unaware of who eachother are?

So, FTB was either killed by the Other(s) or was attacked by another villager??

How would you know who the wolves targeted?????? :eyebrow:

blasphemy!

I know the dagger can be passed. TigerWillow passed it to me the night she died, it says it is used for attack, 50/50 chance of killing. I had it last night and declined to use it.

My only other theory is that they were just being jerks and trying to confuse the crap out of us by killing one of their own haha. FTB was killed by a villager.

Aaaaahhhh....THIS makes sense!

👍👍👍 please share!! That is important because it would make it seem like the other wolves (perhaps the Lannisters) don't know who the others are. And maybe an item killed FTB like a sword or some other weapon?

Well, I suppose I should say I know who the wolves didn't target, which was FTB. I think it's a pretty decent assumption that the other kill was done by the wolves. But I suppose I could be wrong.

Ooh ok so maybe TW killed FTB with the dagger?

Who killed FTB? and was it with an item or a role????

Not comfortable answering this bit.

Why would a villager kill FTB? especially on the first night? Doesn't sound very villager-y to me.

Erm. Said action might have been taken thinking it was a silencing action and turned out it was not.

that's why if a person is a "supposed" villager, probably shouldn't use an item unless you know WTF it does as you kill an innocent and one of the main frickin characters from what I understand 😡

And FTB being chosen was RNG.

Lynch WildcatJ

FTB was killed by others. Every single word in her death sentence implies that. Every successful night (except the other that died in the double kill) kill has been by strangulation. Others/Wights strangle. Your theory that the others/wovles are not responsible is either a lie you are making up right now or a lie someone else has fed you.

Feel free to hang your source, but this is too much incorrect info for me to let continue without a lynch vote to stimulate some truth/transparency.

Hence why it hasn't been used again. I wasn't going to bring any of this up but I think this knowledge is important in figuring out the whole wolfie confusion. So take it or leave it.

I agree. The write up implied death by the Others

Unless his item was "clenched fists", it wasnt used on FTB.

I do have to agree with this... something is not adding up - FTB was strangled. And "others" strangle when they kill according to my sources (wiki), so it probably was not an item that killed her. There is BS amiss here somewhere.

Hm this is actually a good point. Ok so I have to leave right now, and might not get back here until tomorrow afternoon. Maybe I'm making the assumption that what was thought of was a silencing role was and it's being assumed that it killed when it didn't. Hate to bail when we're actually getting somewhere. I hate for you guys to lynch me now, because I swear, there's somethign else going on that needs to be evaluated.

Listen. I have someone else I'd love to string up right now. Two in fact. But I have to take some time and think over the merit of letting you live long enough to extrapolate on this to chase a few other loose ends. I don't like mis-info.
