Two issues here:

1. Actually don't remember anything about Michigan and thought I just spectated on that one
2. Did not know (or remember, possibly) that there were cover roles.

Edit: I realize these are self-inflicted issues and I don't expect this to save me from a lynch; just stating that I wasn't purposefully lying.

Just finished my last case and am still on call so I am headed to bed instead of looking back two days to figure out exactly what made suspect kara. It may be something totally stupid but I figure better to let the stupid out and have others think about it than to say nothing and find out at end game we should have looked there more.

After going back and ISOing Allie and comparing PMs to the thread. I'm going to work under the assumption she is village for now. I asked the mods a question regarding PMs about night actions as I don't know how those work yet and I don't want to make a noob mistake and reveal too much on thread if I can help it. If they don't answer me by tomorrow morning, I will ask in thread and can inform everyone regardless of whether they answer or not (one answer will confirm a hypothesis of mine, another would reject it, a "we won't say" will obviously be useless and I'll ask in thread). This is relevant because it regards how I view several players in the game. Looking back, I realize there are some game mechanics I don't think I'm understanding properly and need clarification. Because of that I'm going to:

@WildZoo , I just re-read through the thread. I did not contingency lynch Allie twice. I contingency lynched her before I went to bed and then normal lynched her in the morning after night ended because I forgot I contingency lynched her. I did not contingency lynch her before Jboo. Why did you put that I contingency lynched her twice?

Eh probably got distracted while I was doing it and accidentally put it down twice.

Fixed it now. I always have like two different tabs of the game thread open, plus my role PM when I'm doing the tallies (that's where my drafts go so I don't have to search too hard for them later). Transcription error or something.

I shouldn't WW right before bed or right when I wake up. Just got myself all confused trying to double check the tallies. If you find any other errors let me know. Some of you may know my rough history with tallying lol

Mods answered my question, and I was not understanding game mechanics behind night action PMs. So my panic over Allie yesterday/last night and Kara after she responded to PM was unfounded and PM facts do actually line up the way they should. For now I'm going to stick to my previous belief that Kara is village and going to trust that Allie is village for now until we can ask Coffee some questions. That being said I like the line of questioning against sporty, so

So my tinfoil hat theory that I told @WildZoo that I was holding out on sharing is that there seem to be doubles/pairs of things if certain people are to be believed. Examples:

Coffee and Allie both supposedly have seer roles.
It seems that there may be two blocker roles as AM was a blocker and there is this Colorado brownie floating around that may be a blocker.
My ability and Moose's ability are balances to each other.
I believe the being buried thing is a village protection role, and Mel said one night he felt a "heavenly presence" which may be a protective role.
It was claimed by Coffee that someone has the ability to PM with one person every night, and Pippy was able to send 1 GIF every night.

The write-up where there was a buddy system kind of got me thinking about this theory and I've been trying to find reasons to justify it ever since. If this is true, there may be another "unseerable" role out there somewhere, and I'd guess it may be another wolf. That could answer the question of "why are there two village seers?" assuming that Allie actually is a village seer, which I'm willing to believe for now.

Anyway, it's a bit of a wild theory, but I just wanted to get it out there before night results were posted.
 
Can I get a confidence rating from someone on the nightly PM person's village status?

Because it slipped my mind that pip could send gifs, and I know of someone else who can send messages at night.

Feels like quite a bit of overlap if all village, especially considering all the vanillas

I believe the being buried thing is a village protection role, and Mel said one night he felt a "heavenly presence" which may be a protective role.
It was claimed by Coffee that someone has the ability to PM with one person every night, and Pippy was able to send 1 GIF every night.

The write-up where there was a buddy system kind of got me thinking about this theory and I've been trying to find reasons to justify it ever since. If this is true, there may be another "unseerable" role out there somewhere, and I'd guess it may be another wolf. That could answer the question of "why are there two village seers?" assuming that Allie actually is a village seer, which I'm willing to believe for now.

Anyway, it's a bit of a wild theory, but I just wanted to get it out there before night results were posted.

Confirmed village powers Imo: 1 seer, counter to Moose's ability (Stagg), 1 blocker (AM), 1 communicator (Pippy), Also dolphin who was "friendly villager" (which makes me wonder if there's potentially some wolf power that can make a wolf look village...)

Powers I think are village: second seer, burier? (I believe this is village but idk for sure)

Uncertain powers: Second communicator, burier?, brownie, butterfly, "heavenly presence"

You all finally made to Pueblo after that horrible traffic jam last night where you spent the night out by the airport watching as the military practiced flying in and out with their blackhawk helicopters. There were lots of tiny planes practicing touch and gos. These people are with DOSS aviation where people begin training to be the next protectors of the sky. While everyone was admiring the planes from the lobby window a few players snuck off up to no good at all. It seems dpmd had gone out to check out the planes taking off and landing when the dust came up flinging particles into her eyes where she accidentally walked right onto the runway. On another note it's very dry in Colorado right now and will probably be another drought on the eastern plains causing massive dust storms. Everyone had gotten up to get back on the bus but no one could find Allie. Seems there was a large dust storm in the middle of the night when she went looking for dpmd. Coffee had seen it all though as she strolled back onto the bus as if nothing had happened.

My theory that the burier is village now goes out the window. Dpmd's early posts made it sound as though she KNEW it was village because she was it. She had a lot of talk about the role that seemed unusual upon isoing her.

Considering the amount of players left, I'm not beyond believing that the burier could be wolf. My only reservation to the theory is the fact that the seers have been buried instead of killed, and I'm not sure what to make of that.

If one of the seers is a wolf then it could make more sense trying to disguise which is which.

It's relatively convoluted and involves multiple people. I'm waiting for more people to check in today to see how it's going to play out, but my theories will be on thread at some point today to debate. They could change depending on how some people respond to the events of last night.

Not because I think she’s cleared, I still very much so think she’s a wolf, but Allie told me last night that she was going to seer SP. If we have a definitive answer then I’ll wait until Allie can speak again, but until then I’m deaf to SP.

As for Allie being buried, I could tin foil away about whether it was wolves trying to prevent her from seering SP (from an outside POV, SP seemed like the obvious seering choice since she’d been catching so much heat) or if it was village trying to make sure Allie got her night results and was protected (late night results are better than no night results right?) but it looks like the EON pattern is broken which makes me think the former, why would village hold off on using a protection ability every night if they could?

Also tin-foil-hat theory: There’s two seers. Both of them seem pretty cleared (coffee by way of leading us to two wolves Allie based on some of the things we discussed in PM) what if one of them was converted and the burials are smokescreen to cover it up so if we get to end game and start convert hunting, they can say “but I was targeted by the burials!”

ETA: AM’s head is probably rolling in deadchat right now haha

Tbh I was seriously contemplating a coffee conversion but I don't know if we've seen evidence of a conversion. Not that there always is a hint of it, but I need to read the write-ups again.

In any case I think we've got at least one more original to deal with, I'm just having problems trusting anyone right now when we've had two important PRs killed back to back and these seers keep getting jailed
