It's wasted effort. When you get someone claiming to have seer results on you... I'm not sure I've seen someone talk their way out of that one. Maybe it's happened, but I've yet to witness it.

If I die, I want people to feel like crap because I fought for so long to prove to you guys that I'm village and that you can't just trust blind information like that from coffee?! I just want to freaking live and I want some participation from other people!!!

That can also pull up lynch tallies if the mods (or players) put that in the tally title, which is still better than having to sift through all of the pages, but not as narrowed down as something more specific to writeups only

Might sound defensive, but I'd like to clarify since people have brought voting patterns up. This is going to be a wall of text post, so I'm going to put each day's breakdown in spoilers so it's not taking up the entire page.


I voted Jboo as a joke and didn't move off of her because no one else stuck out to me. I felt no reason to change my vote when I didn't have any strong feels and the few people I did have some feels for weren't on the block. I've already said I think D1 is typically a crapshoot and no one has said or provided any strong evidence as to why I shouldn't feel that way. And to be clear, I'm not saying you can't find wolves D1, I'm saying I think that's pretty rare and nothing from D1 made me feel like we accomplished that. So there's D1.

After the D1 lynch Paws was definitely someone I was more skeptical of, but of the people that I wanted to look into after that she was the one I least suspected of being a wolf (her gameplay seemed pretty identical to last game).

The other question I keep coming back to is "Why NK Paws?" It would have been silly of her to reveal an ability this early, but I felt like she would have also been a potential target after how that vote went down, so why else would she have been a NK? I have a lot of thoughts on that, but they're kind of all over the place right now and just end up being wifom, so for now that question's just going to sit in the back of my mind while I mull it over more.

Anyway, I've got to run some errands so I'll likely be back around 5-6 CST and will catch up more then.

At the time, Law was far in the lead with 6. My primary suspect at the time was Mel with 2 votes, but I was hesitant to put my vote there because he seemed to be the signal on D1 for the counterwagon and had 3 players all flip, which made me feel like he's holding some significant sway and I didn't want to paint a target on my back at that time. Especially because at one point that day he talked about how it would be stupid for Law to vote for him because it would paint a target on Law's back. So I sat on my vote to see if anything would happen later. Keep in mind, my experience with mafia is only from irl, where you only get 1 vote, which is a mindset I'm trying to get out of. I figured posting the above about where I sat with everyone would serve to tell people where I stood, but apparently not.

The the Dolphin shenanigans from Coffee? started up, which I wasn't a fan of as she was just coming across as a paranoid noob and was sitting squarely in my idk but probably neutral pile. Plus it sounded way too convenient that Coffee just so happened to seer a wolf N1 was just advertising it to everyone. Wtf is that. So I said I'd consider flipping to either Mel or Jboo (my top choices) or Dolphin if someone could give me an actual reason other than a supposed seer (who has now admitted that he never seered Dolphin, so again, wtf was that?). Then you called me out for sitting on my actual vote, so I switched from Allie to Jboo because she was one of my top 2 and I wanted some answers to previous questions (which she answered). That's where my vote stayed and the dolphin vote fell apart and the Allie train started. I'm sad Allie got lynched when she was taking care of a kitten, but given the circumstances of her not responding I wasn't heartbroken since I'd like to play with people who aren't going to just be dead weight. It also allowed me to PM with Dolphin, which has somewhat confirmed my previous feels that she's a paranoid noob villager.


So then came D3 and since you had gotten on people about not voting soon enough before, I put my vote in for Houston earlier. Like I've said a dozen times, I don't like playing with dead weight. They provide no benefit to the village and only hurt later on as that's just one less person that we can actually look back and compare votes and previous statements of. If Houston had said they'd be absent for a while before the game, or was even someone who had actually been on SDN for a while I might have been more lenient. But they had 1 post ever and hadn't been on the website since D1. They were basically a wasted player and I'd rather lynch a villager who wasn't ever going to play than someone who will contribute and can possibly be cleared later. Then people started voting Moose. Then people started voting me (including you). Which I later explained to Sporty here when she asked why I switched my vote from Houston to Moose if I didn't like the Moose lynch:

I did it because I was close behind her in the tally and I was trying to stay alive. The vote count was 3-2 with no one else having 2 votes and no one else really even getting talked about. Meanwhile, AM has her vote on Moose and had been asking a bunch of people (including Moose) what they think about me and has been kind of painting me as a wolf, so I was worried about her waffling and flipping the vote. Plus there were a ton of votes still out there that I was clueless about.

So then I voted Morty and I said I really didn't like it then because I haven't been getting wolfy feels from her as she seems the same as last game, even when leaned on pretty hard. So that made it 4-2, then she voted to lynch me out of "self-prez" making it 4-3. Then the FS bandwagon started gaining steam.

I didn't want to keep my vote on Moose, but I also wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get lynched, which is why I stuck with her until Coffee? and Moose unlynched me and lynched FS.

I went back to Houston because I was sticking by my opinion that I don't like playing with dead weight and I had no confidence that Moose was a wolf, so there was no purpose to that vote at the time imo. If that sounds shady to you then so be it, but it's neither useful nor fun.


D4- Which brings us to D4. I wouldn't bother addressing this, but since I just wrote up a long explanation in D3 about why I didn't want to vote for Moose, I feel like it's necessary to address why I'm voting for her now so my reasoning doesn't get misconstrued as it seems to have been a few times already (mostly by you I might add) since I'm voting for Moose. Coffee role revealed and is claiming to be a seer and claims Moose is wolf. So lynching Moose is going to give us valuable info no matter how she flips. Either she's a wolf and we get a wolf, or she's village and we find out Coffee is full of crap and get a 50/50 shot at lynching a wolf tomorrow. Either way, Moose's death will provide more significant information than anyone else's at this point.


@Miranda Senft This post should also address your comments on me in your analysis. I don't want to lynch you as it means either we're losing someone I think is a solid village player or you're a wolf and my feels/analysis are very off, but at this point your lynching is the best option for the village and the best chance we'll have at finding a wolf in the next 1-2 days.

Edit: Nevermind. Apparently I'm a complete ***** and don't know how to actually use the search function properly :bag:

Still my favorite game ever. In a different game, SOV also managed to convince people that he had used an item on Mrs. SOV when she had actually used it on him. I think it was a seering item but I don't remember for sure.

Has been steadily moving up my wolfy list since D2. A Moose lynch will give a lot of info and will have a big impact on my confidence with multiple reads so far. I'm going to leave it at that for now.

The thing is, we don’t need to provide evidence of why you’re sketch because someone claiming seer is saying to Lynch you. It doesn’t make sense why she would lie about being seer because if you don’t flip wolf we’ll Lynch her tomorrow. It’s not close enough to endgame for this to me a sensible wolf ploy imo. So I’m going with it for now. Your posts since her claim feel a lot like when I was seered and outed my first game as a wolf.

I felt dolphin was sketch and I didn't agree with the Lawpy lynch. And I think AM is village as I'm getting a strong read on her! And AM said she convinced coffee? to switch! I think trusting coffee? and me getting flack for that is ridiculous since you did the same thing!

It would make sense that the wolves bury AM so she can't keep questioning me which makes it look like I buried her to get her to stop questioning me which makes me look sketch!!! If there is a blocker please protect the seer if they end up coming forward today!!!

I have seen a similar role in several games where it was a wolfy role. It's not really protection if it's a wolf ability, since they're not going to try to waste their night kill on the "protected" player.

It may have seemed like a stronger argument but to me, it felt like I had more for stagg than mel. Really getting to the point where I want to lynch mel just because he is ignoring me

If there's a blocker? You told me you were blocked N1 so you very well know there is a blocker. This fishing expedition isn't helping you at all. All you are doing is proving koffee right more and more

Are you trying to figure out the seer's affiliation? Let's just lynch moose and if she flips village lynch coffee and if she flips wolf then hope there's a protector paying attention.
