I've decided that for me, the benefit of eating raw cookie dough outweighs the risk.As someone with a public health background, I really should know better than to eat raw cookie dough, but damn, it's so tasty, especially the kind I just bought on a whim at the grocery store. It actually tastes better raw than baked in my opinion. Food-borne illnesses be damned!
