Help for MS4 to gauge competitiveness?
I'm an MS4 who didn't realize I wanted to go into psychiatry until the very end of my 3rd year, so I feel like I'm late to the psych train and confused on how to tell if I'm a competitive applicant especially as everyone is telling me that psychiatry is getting competitive. 2024 ERAS Change: limit of 10 experiences
For 2024 residency applicants will only be able to list 10 experiences and select 3 most meaningful. What do people think about this change? Dual Applied to FM and IM at same hospital and withdrew one. Have I totally screwed up my chances?
I am dual applying this cycle for FM and IM. FM is my first choice but applied to IM as a backup as well. Are US MDs unlikely to get interviews at programs with very few US MDs?
I see a lot of residency programs with <10% US-MDs. Is that a function of them being less competitive (not attracting a lot of US-MD applicants) or them just preferring DOs/IMGs and being unfriendlier to US-MDs? Basically I want to know if these are worth applying to at all as a US MD.- Babbitt4MVP

MD If my artwork was published in a journal, where do I list it on ERAS?
Our university releases quarterly peer-reviewed journals centered around humanism in medicine. We may submit for publishing narrative writing, poetry, and even artwork (drawings, photographs) here. Would publishing a piece of artwork be listed somewhere on the ERAS application?- _Panda
