FYI, this is not true. The reapplicant flag was school by school. So you're only a reapplicant at a school that you applied to in the past. New schools will not see this. However, they figure it out anyways from the old MCAT date and extra gap year(s). If they ask about it, don't lie, own that you're a reapplicant. I found that the new schools were very receptive to me.
From a successful reapplicant to those considering reapplying - your new application should be completely different from your last one, even if you think your only weakness last cycle was being late. If you've applied to a school before, they're going to put your old application next to your new one and see if anything's different. If it looks the same, that app is going in the round file. Why should they accept you now if they already rejected this application before? Treat this second app like it's the only chance you have. I added EC's, volunteering, rewrote everything, retook the MCAT. I applied more broadly (doubled my applications - included newly minted schools and "lower tiers") and on June 5th. I had to take a year off from applying, but it was 100% worth it. Most schools asked me what I had done differently from my first application, and I had tons of impressive things to talk about.
Good luck to you all, I know that feel. Just keep persevering. You've worked so hard to get this far. Don't let the disappointment get you down. Pick yourself up, take a deep breath and just keep going until you get where you want to be.
