Finished all my interviews on April 1st, its been almost 9 weeks and I still havent heard anything. I emailed for an application update and they said that my application is still under review, but I dont have access to CYMS so idk if im waitlisted or not.... does anyone have any ideas on what could be happening?

Not sure but orientation starts Monday

Does anyone know if Meharry allows thank you letters to interviewers please? If so, do we send it to interviewers directly or to their admissions email? I know they don't accept update letters but I couldn't find anything about thank you letters.

There’s 86 people in the GroupMe, so far. So, don’t become discouraged. There’s still hope.

Nothing yet. It’s crazy because the GroupMe only has 86 people, unless there are admitted students who didn’t join.

I don’t think they email on the weekends (some schools do though). Worst outcome would be a few A’s on Monday and Tuesday.

that’s not the official group me for admitted students. The official one has 133 ppl but keep in mind some are admin and M2s who are there to give us guidance.

I’m not sure how it all goes. I think they send R’s later on sometimes. Don’t quote me on that though.

Hi, sorry but it seems like the cycle is over. According to their website class of 2029 already started classes.

Yeah I got the R. Kinda weird how they did interviews up until the last second this year if there was a slim chance you were even going to be accepted. Not even a waitlist.

Meharry apparently does this every year looking at previous year threads. They are very slow. And also the slowest school to send out secondaries. Very unorganized even way beyond med school applications. Heard some things from current students where they are just very slow in doing everything especially with step preparation causing students to push exam back multiple times.
