Hello!
What is this prompt for?
Use this area to explain any exception to the prerequisites at your institution. (1,000 characters max)

I did W from calc 1 in semester 1 but retook and got an A, and also a C in Chem 1 in semester 1.
Do I use this prompt to explain that? Like I don't fully understand this prompt.

would anyone who received a secondary be willing to send the prompts? thank you!

what does this mean?

What do you think will be the most rewarding and challenging part of practicing medicine in the future? 1200 characters

Is this asking about the future of medicine and the rewards/challenges of that or asking what I will find most rewarding/challenge in the future as a physician? Confused here.

Ex) if it is asking for future of medicine and its rewards/challenges: can talk about innovation, data science, AI
Ex) if asking about what I will find most challenging/rewarding in the future as a physician: can talk about patient care or administrative burdens

pls lmk. confused as fook here

"What do you think"?
Make your context clear from the answer you write.

"Experience" here is singular. But does this mean a singular moment or can it encompass a bunch of moments/times, as long as they're contained within a single work/activity experience, such as an activity I listed in my primary application? Eg: my "experience" would be my hospital volunteering but I would talk about different moments and different lessons I learned/how I was impacted etc.

Apologies I forgot to post my obligatory:

OOS II LM 71.6 and 651 admit score. 4th Q Casper and 8 Preview. secondary submitted 7/16 and II 8/19
Feeling beyond blessed!

question, the "Are you a re-applicant to medical school?" question, are they referring to specifically to FIU or to medical school generally? I am a re-applicant but i did not apply to FIU last year since I didn't think I would get in, so will they see my old application? Not sure what to put here.

Yes, it is asking in general. They would have mentioned FIU specifically if not.

Okay thank you for your response! I am concerned that it would look bad that I did not apply to FIU last year, should I address why I didnt?

Has there been already lots of interview invites??

Has there been already lots of interview invites??
I've been checking admit.org and it seems only 15/160 have received an interview. I know admit is not 100% accurate at all, but still a good resource. I am curious myself too though. I am an OOS applicant and completed my secondary mid-August.

I interviewed last month and they were doing Aug/Sept only. I guess they are doing it in batches? I would expect the next batch to be sent out soon for the Oct/Nov. Just speculating based on the calendar when I had to schedule the interview.

Congratulations on the interview! Looking forward to you getting an acceptance 🙂

@Premedhopeful2256 @YVF and anyone else accepted, do you understand the "accept or decline" part that you have to do within 2 weeks? This is not committing correct?
